About Me.
I am an Assistant Professor at Polytechnic AKA Bogor with expertise in nanocatalysis, advanced nanomaterials, adsorption science, and applied chemical technology. My academic mission is to position nanocatalytic and functional material research as a strategic driver for sustainable industry, environmental resilience, and technological innovation.
My research focuses on the rational design, synthesis, and engineering of nanostructured catalytic systems and adsorption-based materials for energy conversion, environmental remediation, carbon valorization, and green chemical processes. I am particularly interested in developing high-efficiency nanocatalysts that bridge laboratory-scale innovation with scalable industrial applications.
I lead research-driven learning environments, supervise student research, and develop laboratory-based curricula that integrate material characterization, catalytic performance evaluation, and problem-oriented experimentation. My teaching philosophy emphasizes scientific rigor, innovation mindset, and translational research thinking—preparing students not only as graduates, but as future scientific contributors.
Beyond academia, I am a Co-Founder and Research Network Leader of Indonesian Scholar Society (ISS), where I contribute to building collaborative research ecosystems, strengthening scholarly publication culture, and connecting interdisciplinary researchers across institutions. Through this platform, I actively promote research capacity development, scientific dissemination, and institutional collaboration at national and international levels.
My professional vision is to establish nanocatalysis and advanced materials research as a transformative pillar for sustainable development—integrating education, research, entrepreneurship, and cross-sector collaboration into a unified innovation framework.
I am committed to advancing chemistry not only as a discipline, but as a strategic solution platform for environmental, industrial, and societal challenges.
